CalExotics She-ology vaginal dilators are the ideal aid for women and girls suffering from vaginismus and discomfort during sex. During vaginismus, the pelvic muscles contract, making the vaginal entrance tighter. Dilators are used to improve the elasticity of the vagina and relax the muscles, at the same time it restores pelvic floor strength and improves the intimate experience.

Primary vaginismus appears in women who have not yet had penetrative sex. The insertion of the tampon and the gynaecological examination may also be painful.
