Recommended exercise procedure:

Phase 1 – If you are training with vaginal balls for the first time, it is advisable to start training with a single ball to get your body used to it. Train with the ball for about 30 minutes a day for 30 days.

Phase 2 – Once your body gets used to vaginal training with a single ball, you can switch to a larger double ball. Don't be fooled by the size – the ball is larger in size but has less weight. Again, it is recommended to practice for about 30 minutes each day for 30 days.

Phase 3 – After phase 2 is over, your body should be able to hold the double ball inside easily, so it's time to increase the intensity of the workout. So, in the third phase, move on to the last double-ball. This is smaller in size than the previous double ball but has more weight, so you will be clenching your muscles more with it. A 30-minute workout a day for 30 days should be enough to feel the difference in the clenching of your vaginal muscles.
